Original Shanghai Qing - Upright growth, approximately 25cm tall with a spread of about 20cm. Oval-shaped leaves with inward-curled edges, resembling a spoon, light green in color with green-white leaf stalks and veins. Each plant weighs around 500 grams, tolerant to high temperatures, suitable for year-round cultivation, direct sowing in spring and summer with harvest in about 30 days. Autumn cultivation with a growth period of around 70 days. Cold-resistant, suitable for winter cultivation, excellent quality.

原种上海青 ，植株直立，高25cm左右，开展度20cm．叶片卵圆形，叶缘内卷，似汤匙状，浅绿色，叶柄及叶脉均绿白色，单株重500克左右，耐高温，可全年栽培，春夏直播，30天左右采食。秋季栽培，生长期70天左右．耐寒，可越冬栽培，品质佳。
